Aaron Chadbourne is a business adviser specializing in leadership development, career coaching, resolving complex problems, economic development, business advancement, strategic communications, education reform, and real estate.
- Early Years
Born and raised in Gorham, Maine, dedication and hard work were firmly instilled in Aaron from a very young age. “As soon as I could talk, I was put to work in my grandmother’s business – selling vegetables at a roadside picnic table piled high with corn.” These traits did not relent as he grew up, helping whenever he could, including every aspect of his family’s real estate agency.
Aaron Chadbourne graduated with an AB from Harvard College in 2006 and completed the joint degree program at Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School to earn a JD-MBA in 2011.
Upon graduating, Aaron accepted a role with McKinsey & Company in Washington, DC. Aaron worked as an engagement manager, where his responsibilities included supervising organizational transformations within health care, law, tech, and the public sector.
Aaron Chadbourne has been admitted to the Bar in the state of Maine and Massachusetts.

Aaron Chadbourne served on the Alumni Advisory Board from 2006 to 2011. He remains active with the foundation.
Since 1989, the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation has helped dreams come true for more than 5,400 outstanding students.
